this year, a muse's calendar will be benefiting a very special cause. little charley beers will be remembered. as a mother i cannot fathom the loss of one of my children. my heart goes out to amanda and her family.

Vintage christmas

i have been super busy this week! my husbands coast guard change of command is tomorrow. but i did manage to make a card! yippee...i will post specifics later. please hop to the amuse lounge to see what our fabulous instructors have made:)

happy birthday dylan!!

my little guy is double digits now, 10 years old. when did that happen?! he's my youngest, still huggy and lovey, thank goodness. here are the cupcakes i brought to his class. i think they turned out pretty dang cute!! nothing like some baking admiration from a bunch of 4th graders, haha!!
little huggy bear is floating in a lifesaver gummy, along a graham cracker crumb beach. he's getting ready for a muses's fun in the sun. nice segue don't you think?:)

everything is still rosy!!

today is the last day of everything rosy's a muse bouche. i'm sure you all enjoyed seeing the gorgeous new images from our talented designers and instructors!! i love a muse, it so easy to mix and match stamps and papers. nothing is ever the same! here i used bursting blooms, gossamer wings and a new sentiment. happy stamping:)

especially if you're in hawaii:) my family had the pleasure of going there last year, ahhhh....really miss it! i used the new "daisy duet" stamp as the background. they reminded me of the plumeria blossoms on oahu. i added some pearl stickers, pretty appropo for the island life. aloha!

awwww...woodland creatures

a muse is featuring "woodland creatures"!! we have gorgeous new papers for you to drool over! i missed posting yesterday, so i combined it with today's release. i used our new watermelon and birch wood grain papers. little caterpillar is dreaming to be a beautiful butterfly... please hop over to our designer/instructor blogs for some wonderful inspiration:)

pucker up baby! aren't you lovin' the new release! here i used a square envelope and punched a heart through it. kinda like cupid:) then inserted a glassine envelope filled with m&m's. the paper's are a popsicle pink notecard cut to size and a pink gingham heart. mr. crab is puckering up for smooch...s.w.a.k.

peek a boo!

i lovvvvve the new coral stamp!! i used the new mini-fishes and new sentiment. it's hard to see in this pic but the white waves are really mirrored paper. i'm such a fantastic photographer...NOT:) add a little ocean ribbon, blue gingham paper and a heart twinkle and there you have it. stay warmmm!

happy new year!! how do you like baby new year? i think he's pretty cute. now i would never give a baby champagne. although my parent's tell me that gave me some when i was 2 and thought it was hilarious. me not so much!!

sea of love for kiddies

it's that wonderful time again, a new a muse release!! you are going to "sea" it and love it:D i've always had a strange obsession with jellyfish. every aquarium i go to, i am just mesmerized. there's nothing to them yet they're intelligent and you can see through them:)
here i used our pink gingham paper and hand cut seaweed out of a palm green notecard.
